The Shore Wellness ("we", "our", "us"), located at Mountainlake Road, Poomala Dam, Thrissur, Kerala, India 680581, is a private rehabilitation and mental wellness centre. Privacy is not a legal formality for us — it is the foundation of our practice. Contact information you choose to share when you call, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or use the enquiry and booking tools on this website — such as your name, phone number, email address, city and preferred consultation time.
Health information shared during consultations or treatment — collected only with your consent, only to the extent needed for your care, and treated as sensitive personal data with the highest level of protection.
Technical information — this website itself does not use analytics cookies or tracking pixels, and our enquiry forms do not store data on the website. Form submissions open directly in your own WhatsApp or email application; nothing is saved on our servers by the website.

2. How We Use Your Information

To respond to your enquiry and arrange consultations, visits or admission.
To plan and deliver clinical care during a stay, within our multidisciplinary team.
To provide aftercare and follow-up that you have requested.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

3. Confidentiality of Treatment

Enquiries, records, visits and stays are handled in strict confidence. We do not disclose the identity of guests or the fact of their treatment to employers, acquaintances, media or other guests. Family members are involved in care only with the guest's consent. Disclosures are made only where required by law or where necessary to prevent serious harm.

4. Storage & Security

Clinical records are maintained under access controls limited to the treating team. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. This website is served over HTTPS.

5. Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act (and GDPR where applicable), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or erasure, withdraw consent, request a copy of your data, and raise a grievance. If unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

6. Children

Counselling services for minors are provided only with the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian, as required by the DPDP Act.

This website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies. Opening a WhatsApp chat or a map link shares data with those platforms under their terms.
